We are committed to providing you with the best shipping options wherever you are. Every day, we serve many customers around the world, ensuring that we always provide you with the highest level of response.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

All orders will be processed within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). All products in my store are hand-designed and customized products. The customized production cycle varies according to the category. The production cycle of pet plush simulation replicas and pet plush simulation photo frames is 3-4 weeks; the production cycle of other products is 1-2 weeks. After the order is shipped, you will receive another notification.

  1. Processing time: Order verification, craftsman design, hand-made production, quality inspection, and packaging.
  2. All orders are sent to the distribution center for delivery within 24 hours after quality inspection.

To ensure that you receive your order in a timely and safe manner, we will choose the most suitable delivery method for you. 

Delivery time: This is the time required to transport the item from our distribution center to the destination.

Customers will enjoy free shipping, and the shipping method is free shipping standard shipping. If you need expedited shipping service, you will need to pay an additional expedited fee。

 Import duties and taxes:

You may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied upon the goods arriving in the destination country. Any such additional costs must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country and customs reviews may be conducted randomly and/or without warning, so we cannot guarantee advance notice of such charges payable. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for accurate and up-to-date information.

For all shipments to an address outside of your place of residence (this also applies to customers holding dual nationality), you will be considered the importer of the goods and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being delivered.

 When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number where you can check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available. ​

If you have not received your order within 3 working days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@lookipet.com and provide your name and order number, and we will process it for you.

Notice:

Most items will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If you don't receive your item on time, please be assured that delays occasionally occur due to peak seasons/global events/port congestion traffic/freight issues/weather conditions, etc...

We politely recommend that you wait up to 5 business days before contacting us. If you still haven't received your item by then, please let us know!
